New Ross Chamber will hold their first Chamber Lunch of 2012 on Friday 27th January at 1pm. in Leung's Oriental Cuisine & Seafood Restaurant, Waterside, Rosbercon, New Ross.

All businesses are encouraged and welcome to attend this Chamber event. These monthly events provide an excellent opportunity for members to meet other businesses from local and surrounding areas.Cost is €15 per person, for a two course meal with tea or coffee. The Office of Emergency Planning has developed a website www.winterready.ie and a booklet "Be Winter-Ready" which outlines advice and information on a variety of topics concerning the Home, Clearing Snow, Water Shortages, Public Health and Safety, Flooding Advice, Road Safety, Schools, Farming, Business Sector and Contact Information.  As part of this campaign, this Department and Forfás have prepared a Guide titled, "Business Continuity Planning in Severe Weather - Advice to Businesses on Preparing for Severe Weather".  The document focuses on the potential impact to business and offers advice on key issues that should be addressed as well as suggesting measures to underpin business continuity.  For more information please click here.
