Who are We?

We are a voluntary organisation who sponsor a FAS Community Employment Programme which employs 31 individuals in various community organisations around New Ross and is administered by the New Ross Chamber Team. The Board of Directors consists of 15 Members, who make themselves relevant for the business community.We have a tradition dating back to 1926 when the Chamber of Commerce of Ireland was founded, of which New Ross was one of the original signatories.

We currently have over 160 member businesses in and around New Ross. Membership of the chamber is open to all companies/groups/sole traders/organisations within our catchment area , who wish to be a part of a network of business people.
